After Taichung City became a municipality in 2009, MAA decided to establish the Taichung Office to accommodate the growing business need. Located on Wenxin Road, North District, the office started with 3 employees. By 2021, the company has grown to 30 employees and provided services all across Central Taiwan. Therefore, the Taichung Office was renamed the Central Taiwan Office. With its increasing business opportunities and employees, the Central Taiwan Office was relocated to a larger office space on Zhongming Road on 12 April 2021.

The Central Taiwan Office of MAA provides PCM and construction supervision services for land levy, industrial developments, and land developments, hospitals, smart buildings, and libraries.
