As centers of leisure and relaxation, resorts and recreations offer its visitors a moment of respite during business or vacations. MAA has worked with public and private sectors to develop desirable facilities and communities in China, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan.
MAA has assisted clients with a diverse range of projects, from residential resort developments to large hotels, providing transportation planning, utility, as well as landscape design services.
Notable works include providing geotechnical services to the renowned integrated Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore. Built over reclaimed land, MAA provided the geotechnical investigation in preparation for the 76 acre basement, which now holds a 15,000sqm casino.
