Conventional Railways

As current railways require modernization and with the increased need for intermodal stations, MAA has provided its engineering and architectural services internationally, including in Thailand, Taiwan, and Saudi Arabia. MAA is experienced in working with local, regional, and national governments and transportation agencies such as providing construction management for Taipei’s complex intermodal Songshan Station and logistics and financial analysis for railway expansions of Thailand’s vital railway network. Railway electrification projects and retrofitting railway stations to upgrade railway systems have also been completed by MAA in recent years.

 

MAA’s services in this field has also include feasibility studies, planning and design, project management and construction supervision, as well as structural and MEP design and architectural work for intermodal stations/ transportation hubs with MRT, HSR or BRT networks.
