The environmental and social effects of capital improvement projects require detailed environmental planning and impact assessment to provide proper solutions for reducing project development impacts. MAA is able to investigate and provide environmental impact assessments (EIA), to safeguard a project’s adverse impact to the environment. Whether it is the effects of the project on the environment, e.g. ecology, pollution, noise, water, air, waste or the environment’s effect on the project, e.g. floods, earthquakes, etc, MAA is able to provide an accurate description to avert potentially significant crisis.
MAA has provided EIAs for a wide range of projects, from the coastal environment of Taiwan’s Ho-Ping Thermal Power Plant, to the mountainous regions for the SyueGu Cable Car Line.
