This relocation marks an important milestone in the company’s continued growth in Central Taiwan and underscores our commitment to providing high-quality, professional engineering services in the region.

After Taichung City was upgraded to a special municipality in 2009, MAA established its Taichung Office on Wenxin Road with just three employees. By 2021, the steady growth of projects across Central Taiwan prompted the office’s renaming to the Central Taiwan Office and its relocation to a larger workspace on Zhongming Road. Today, with continued business expansion and increasing service demands, the office has once again upgraded to a more spacious and modern facility.
The Central Taiwan Office of MAA provides PCM and construction supervision services for land levy and development projects, industrial park developments, land developments, hospitals, smart buildings, libraries, and other public and private facilities. Moving forward, the Central Taiwan Office remains committed to upholding our core values-advanced technology, project safety, client’s satisfaction, economical solution, and timely completion.
