A Modern Office and Parking Structure
To provide the Land and Tax government offices of the Zhonghe District with a new 7 story, 3 basement level building, MAA provided project and construction management services for this innovative building. Incorporating an unique curtain wall facade design while achieving Taiwan Green and Smart Ratings. The building integrates green building materials and solar roof panels with a nature-themed concept, MAA's project and construction management recieved acclaim for this local landmark, receiving the Public Construction Golden Quality Award.
