Modern textile plant in Myanmar

Greatex International (HK) Co., Ltd. decided to invest in Myanmar and build a modern garment factory in Bago Province. The factory will start to be used progressively and its staff trained by the end of 2013. The facility will consist of a production plant, warehouses for finished products & raw materials, a restaurant, a scrap yard, a generator room, a guardroom, a parking lot, etc.

Scope of work

Planning, design, and construction supervision for architecture, structure, electricity, potable water, sanitary drainage, fire hydrant system, HVAC system, land preparation, roadway, landscape etc. and planning & design of factory monitoring system.
