Textile factory in Chonburi province
The Tietex Corporation wanted to build a manufacturing plant in the Laem Chabang Industrial Estate in Chonburi Province, Thailand. The project, with a total site area of about 7 ha/18 acres (45 rais), consists of a 19,500 sqm reinforced concrete factory building, a two-storey reinforced concrete office building with floor area of 9,000 sqm and a 600 sqm single-storey canteen. Road pavement, drainage system, sanitary and waste treatment system and other utilities are also included.
