Participation in projects for over 20 years

Since its inception, MAA has participated in many of Suvarnabhumi's projects, including its related facilities. Some of these include ground support equipment facilities, three major cargo terminal buildings, 4 fire rescue stations, and a transfer baggage terminal to name a few. From feasibility studies, preliminary designs, detailed designs, project and construction management, and construction supervision, MAA has provided many of its services for these facilities.

Connecting the midfield satellite terminal to the main terminal

MAA Consultants Co., Ltd. was part of the consortium selected to provide construction supervision consultancy services for the construction of the South Tunnel at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The project involved the construction of the first section of tunnel, which is about 800 m long and 50 m wide, using diaphragm walls with 'top down' construction to minimize delays to the pavement work. The tunnel will pass under the taxiway and apron and connect to the central concourse of the main terminal.
