A high class shopping mall for Chonburi

The Central Plaza shopping complex adopts the most up-to-date shopping mall concepts. It stands four stories high and covers 92,500 sqm, with a one-level basement parking and an outdoor parking totaling 23,200 sqm. The building structure is reinforced concrete with block interior / exterior walls and metal roof. The shopping complex consists of anchor stores, retail spaces, a multi-purpose hall, plazas, restaurants, a supermarket, cinema theatres, and a fitness center. Site development of the shopping mall includes site clearing, roadwork, walkways, storm drainage, retaining wall, site utilities and landscaping.

Scope of work

Pre-construction Period:

• Value engineering and constructability analysis
• Project scheduling and project documentation
• Progress coordination for all design disciplines and activities
• Integration of all project information and design related issues
• Assistance in obtaining required data and other field matters
• Assistance in contractor prequalification and bidding processes

Construction Period:

• Construction supervision including review and approval of construction related submittals
• Monitoring of construction activities to ensure compliance with contracts requirements and designs
• Report progress of work
• Monitor contractor compliance with approved quality assurance and safety program
