In order to improve the transportation convenience, YCDC decided to build the bridge crossing Pazundaung creek and connects Okkalapa Township, Thit Sar street and New Dagon Township, Ngar Man Aung Paya street.
MAA is engaged by YCDC as construction supervision consultant to implement international practice of QA/QC system into public work, aiming to enhance the public work quality in Yangon city. The project is the first government owned project involving international consultant company.
Scope of Services
- Contract compliance monitoring
- Review of construction plan, QC plan, safety plan and traffic maintenance plan
- Assistance to improve the contractor’s quality control system
- Judgment of material and equipment testing result
- Review of as-built documents (as-built drawings, bill of quantity, etc.)
- Assistance to construction acceptance process
- Submission of supervision report, weekly presentation, monthly report and completion report
