An example of the long-term reuse of a short-term project

This project provides new public housing for low-income families and increases the amount of affordable housing available in the Taipei metropolitan area. It also provides short-term housing accommodations for the 2017 Summer University Games.

The Linkou public housing complex features 34 buildings with 18-23 floors and 2 underground floors. This project is divided into 4 sites. The total area is 10 ha and total GFA 514,285 m². The complex will provide 11,000 beds during the 2017 Summer University Games and serve as the Athletes Village.
