A new City Hall for the most populated district of Taiwan

With a population of 3.8 millions, New Taipei City is the largest administration district of Taiwan. The city hall is a 33-story high-rise building with a 4 level basement housing all departments and their associated units. With a floor area of 159,128 m2, this city hall is the largest among the city halls of Taiwan.

MAA provided a full consulting service on M/E works, which included:

• Power Supply: 11.4/22.8KV, 5,000KW
• Air Conditioning: 5,538RT
• Ice Storage: 15,000RT/HR

In addition to Elevators, Escalators, Communication, Fire Fighting Systems, Water Supply and Sewerage, Special Lighting, Central Surveillance, Building Automation, Automatic Fare Collection, etc.

Project Management for M/E services:

• Schedule control and quality control
• Review of M/E designs
• Supervision of implementation of M/E systems
• Verification of performance of M/E systems
• Quantity survey
• Review of change orders and claims
• Certification of completion
