A new landmark for high rise construction in Myanmar

PME Office Tower is a 25-storey steel frame building with 3 levels of reinforced concrete basements. The total floor area is about 31,169 sqm. The building height is 107.2 m, and the depth of excavation around 17.9 m. The PME Office Tower adopts green intelligent building design strategies and will become a new landmark of Yangon upon completion and opening for occupancy in mid 2016.
