A landmark by the water
The Kaohsiung Exhibition & Convention Center is located in the Kaohsiung Multi-purpose Commerce & Trade Park. With a total area of 44,929 sqm, the international standard exhibition center is able to accommodate up to 1400 booths, a conference room with capacities up to 2000 attendees, and several meeting rooms equipped with state-of-the-art capabilities. Its 27m high South Exihibition allows the Center to host mega-yacht exhibitions indoor, one of the only venues in Taiwan capable.
MAA Taiwan was engaged by the Public Works Bureau Construction Office of Kaohsiung City Government to provide project & construction management and construction supervision services for this project.

- Preliminary Work: basic plan, geological survey, plant survey, etc.
- Basic Design: tender document drafting
- Turnkey Project Tender: tender document drafting, evaluation work
- Design Review: review of drawings by contractors

- Project Handover: construction inspection & acceptance, handover to management entity
