The Project aims to provide rehearsing and performing spaces for the GuoGuang Opera Company, the National Chinese Orchestra Taiwan, the Taiwan Music Center and the Taiwan National Choir. The 17,600 m2 construction site area is located in Shilin District in Taipei City. The development will include a Drama House, a Black-Box House, a Rehearsal room, a Manufactory, Offices, Research and Promotion Spaces, Public Service Spaces etc. The new building is a 7-storey building with a 3-storey basement and a total floor area of 35,819 m2.
Scope of Services
• Planning and Preparing of Project Management.
• Design consultancy and examination and Management of planning, design and drawing.
• Procurement Management of Engineering and Service.
• Construction Management of contract of Work.
• Assistance of acceptance and transfer of the project.
