This development project seeks to establish a modernized urban city near Mandalay, one of the major cities of Myanmar. The project has included an international design team (including consultant firms from France, USA, Singapore and Thailand) since the project’s inception in 2014. The Yedagun Taung Development project site area is a 227 hectare project, including 22 sub-projects (villas, shopping centers, international school, amusement park, international hospital, golf course, low rise apartment, community house and hotels. The project will also develop supporting infrastructure for this city, including arterial roads, electrical substation and water treatment plant, etc. Upon completion, the project is expected to become a highly sought-after community in Myanmar.
