This 203 ha TOD development is centered on the Changhua High Speed Rail Station and will serve as a new business district for the Changhua-Taichung Region, with a focus on services, medical tourism, exhibition and logistics. The scope of work of this project includes preliminary design, design review, construction supervision and project coordination on earthwork, roadways, sewage system, wastewater, parks, parking lots, landscaping, lighting for public space and pipeline construction.
